The SLXD14/SM35 Wireless System delivers transparent, 24-bit digital audio and rock-solid RF performance for a wide range of applications, from day-long presentations to nighttime performances. Operate up to 32 compatible systems per 44 MHz band, with easy setup and optional rechargeability accessories for wireless excellence, wherever required. Ships with SLXD4 single-channel receiver, SLXD1 bodypack transmitters and SM35 Performance Headset Condenser Cardioid Microphone with two windscreens, headset clip, antenna and rackmount accessories and 2 AA batteries.

Features

The SLX-D operates in the UHF band to transmit high-quality 24-bit digital audio with over 120 dB of dynamic range for crisp, detailed sound. It utilizes Digital Predictive Switching Diversity to protect the transmission from interference and deliver a solid, reliable RF signal without dropouts.

This configuration comes with an SM35 cardioid performance headset microphone built for clear vocal reproduction. The headset’s wearable design offers a comfortable and secure fit for long-wearing use and gives active performers the freedom to move and express themselves without sacrificing sound quality. The bodypack transmitter features a selectable 1/10mW RF power output and a transmission range up to 330′. It provides up to 8 hours of operation on two AA batteries or an SB903 rechargeable battery (available separately).

The all-metal, rackmount SLXD4 receiver features an intuitive LCD interface with meters for RF, battery status, and audio output. It also offers 60 dB of gain control, and both mic/line XLR and 1/4″ instrument outputs. Additional features include automatic frequency scanning and IR sync to easily link the transmitter and receiver to the same frequency.

With up to 32 mic channels available at the same time, the SLX-D is ready to expand as your needs grow. What’s more, setting up multiple systems is made fast and easy via the Ethernet port, which links them together for quick, coordinated frequency scans from a single receiver.

SM35 Performance Headset Microphone

The SM35 comes with a tailored frequency response that captures clear, crisp vocal reproductions. Its lightweight, low-profile wireframe design fits securely and comfortably. A tight, unidirectional cardioid pattern lets you focus on the sound you want to capture, providing excellent rejection of off-axis noises, preventing feedback from other electronic equipment such as floor monitors, and minimizing on-stage signal bleed. Get even better positioning via the mic’s flexible gooseneck design, which allows you to further isolate your sound from unwanted noises.

• The SM35 condenser performance headset mic features a cardioid polar pattern that helps reject signal bleed and feedback for use on stages and behind floor monitors. The flexible gooseneck design with discrete adjustment options lets you position the microphone for further source isolation in loud environments.
• The headset mic plugs into the locking TA4M connector on the compact SLXD1 bodypack transmitter.
• The rugged, plastic transmitter has a belt clip that attaches to the talent’s clothing and an LCD that shows essential information.
