Description

The Shure BLX14R/W93 Wireless Rack-mount Presenter System combines professional-quality sound with simple setup and up to 14 hours battery life for legendary audio performance right out of the box. The system includes BLX4R half-rack single-channel receiver, WL93 lavalier microphone with BLX1 bodypack transmitter, lavalier clip, power supply, 2 AA batteries, windscreens, rackmount kit, 2 1/4 wave antennas, and user guide.

The Shure BLX14R/W93 brings broadcasters, on-screen talent, and theatrical performers a cost-effective wireless lavalier microphone system with quality sound, simple setup, intuitive operation, and dependable performance right out of the box. It includes the rugged BLX4R single-channel receiver with LCD display, adjustable output level, and removable antennas for rackmounting the unit—ideal for broadcast applications.

The BLX14R/W93 also includes a miniature WL93 omnidirectional lavalier mic with clip and windscreen, and a bodypack transmitter. The receiver features one-touch QuickScan frequency selection to quickly search 123 available frequencies and locate a clean RF channel in case of interference. It provides up to 14 hours of continuous use with two AA batteries, at a range up to 300′. Up to 12 mic channels can operate simultaneously in each frequency band.

This system is well suited for hands-free speech in TV and home video studios, and can also be used in theatrical productions.

The lightweight yet rugged build of the BLX1 means you don’t have to worry about damage during everyday use, and it easily clips onto a belt, pocket, or guitar strap for optimal placement. A TQG connection on this transmitter enables connection with lavalier, headset, earset, and instrument mics, as well as guitar cables. It’s capable of up to 300 feet line-of-sight operation, while it boasts a battery life of up to 14 hours, with an LED status indicator to warn you when it’s time to recharge. Turn the transmitter on and off and control your gain with controls on the bodypack itself. Its group and channel selection buttons enable quick frequency matching with the receiver.

BLX4R Wireless Receiver

Boasting a rugged build, optimized linearity and frequency response, and scalable versatility, the BLX4R includes a rack mount kit for permanent installation, allowing it to be easily incorporated into any setup. Its removable antennas enable quick distribution. It can expand to up to 12 mic channels, making it a great choice to start and grow your sound system. Setup is quick and easy with QuickScan frequency selection, which also provides improved linearity and frequency response.
