Yealink RoomPanel is a professional multi-function conference meeting room scheduling digital signage device with 8-inch touch screen, Android 9.0 OS, full-RGB LED, dual microphone and speakerphones array. The all-in-one panel not only displays the room status, but also allows for reservations of all meeting rooms within the organization. A compact touch screen ideal for mounting outside of meeting spaces, the Yealink RoomPanel displays meeting details and enables on-the-spot reservations via Teams or Outlook 365 calendaring applications.

This Yealink RoomPanel is an 8″ all-in-one Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms scheduling panel running on Android 9.0 that comes with full RGB-programmable LED background illumination for immediate visible communication of the room status. It includes 10-point touch capability, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a built-in NFC/RFID reader, and enhanced microphone arrays and speakers to meet all your modern workspace demands. This panel is equipped with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and a variety of brackets for mounting on almost any surface.

With the provided brackets and tape, it is rather easy to mount the panel at tilted angles and on any type of surface including glass, wood, metal, etc. Supporting both PoE and DC power supply options, the deployment can also be freed from cable clutter. Managing a batch of devices is no longer a heavy burden for administrators or IT staff, as they can easily monitor, manage and diagnose the product via Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Yealink Management Cloud Service.
Native Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms
Yealink RoomPanel Teams is compatible with Yealink Workspace Management Platform, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other third-party meeting platforms, providing you with choices for various meeting scenarios and environments that support your existing calendar system. Supporting PoE and DC power, the Yealink RoomPanel Teams is also labour and time saving to install on concrete walls / glass / wood and other surfaces with parallel or tilt angle with the included mounting brackets.
Remote Management
The Yealink RoomPanel regulates the light according to the environment and does not get dirty as it has anti-fingerprint glass that repels oils and any dirt marks. The Yealink Teams tablet can also be installed vertically or horizontally and connected via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, and NFC.
