The TM-P20 weighs only 221g and it fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. The device delivers all the features you need to print anywhere, anytime. It offers the fastest printing in its class with speeds up to 100mm/second, flexible connectivity options, a ruggedized design with a 6.5′ drop rating and together with the optional soft case, it is IP-54 certified for shock and water resistance.

The TM-P20 features a best-in-class operational battery life of up to 16 hours for Wi-Fi models and 26 hours for Bluetooth models, making it ideal for busy retail staff dealing with purchases on the shop floor, restaurant staff serving at tables and for producing tickets on-board busses and trains, to ensure continued operation.

Easy Setting and Configuration
The TM-P20 printer is compatible with all of today’s best-of-breed POS systems and the latest industry-standard wireless security protocols. The printer supports 802.11a/b/g/n with 2.4GHz/5GHz compatibility or Bluetooth® 3.0 (EDR supported). It also comes complete with ESC/POS®, OPOS, JavaPOS and Windows® drivers which allows instant compatibility with your existing POS solutions.

Hassle-free connectivity
Our intelligent ePOS technology can control TM printers directly via web browsers or natively on many smart devices. It is ready to connect with your custom mobile POS application with Epson’s TM Printer Utility App. Near field communication (NFC) functionality allows mobiles and/or tablets to be easily paired with the printers. Barcode pairing is also available for non-NFC devices to make handling faster and easier. This provides an easy and smart solution for today’s mobile printing requirements.

Ease of Use
Simple and intuitive operation and LED light indications makes navigating the printer a breeze. Drop-in paper loading means easy paper changes, even on the go.
